Public Access

Chambers has a panel of Barristers who are able to accept instructions directly from the public via the Public Access Scheme. We possess expertise amongst our team to advise in areas of law including disciplinary hearings (which includes the General Medical Council), planning and related matters and defamation. These areas are in addition to our core specialism of criminal law. Please access the profiles of the members of chambers accredited to accept instructions under the scheme - Public Access

Public Access accredited barristers at 3 Temple Gardens can advise you on your case in writing or in conference (on the telephone or in person) in addition to representing you at court or tribunal.

We represent clients charged with criminal offences and road traffic matters in the Magistrates' Court, the Crown Court, Court of Appeal and the High Court. We also represent clients needing legal representation in Professional Disciplinary Tribunals and Regulatory Tribunals and those seeking legal representation in the Coroner's Court.

If you wish to discuss the possibility of instructing one of our Barristers under the scheme please make contact with our Senior Clerk (Gary Brown) on 020 7353 3102.
