Richard started clerking in 1996 when he was 16, as a junior clerk in 7 Bedford Row, after just over a year he moved to 2 Kings Bench Walk and stayed there for 4 years. He joined 3 Temples Gardens in October 2001 as the Second Junior Clerk.

Richard’s role in chambers consists of assisting Glenn with the running of the Crown Court diary and maintaining the Magistrates Court diary along with the billing of work done by counsel, he is also the unofficial chambers IT expert.

Personal interests:

In his spare time Richard enjoys socialising with friends, normally by playing poker or going to the cinema.

Richard is also the manager of his local sunday league team, along with being a qualified football referee since 1995.

He has been a season ticket holder at Tottenham Hotspur for too long now
