Steven Perian secures a conviction against Ms Preeti King of King's Solicitors for committing Perjury. Ms King gave evidence for the Crown at Southwark Crown Court in 2011.
The Crown's case collapsed when it was discovered that she had lied on oath. The matter was referred by the Trial Judge to the DPP. The Perjury trial was heard at Woolwich Crown Court.
