Flavia Kenyon secures unanimous not guilty verdicts in a rape and assault by penetration case

Flavia Kenyon has secured unanimous not guilty verdicts at Basildon Crown Court in a case of rape and assault by penetration on behalf of her client, an 18 year old man.

The case involved difficult cross examination of a 15 year old complainant.
