Nick Whitehorn secures second acquittal in a row in serious s.18 trial


Following on from a trial at Blackfriars Crown Court where Nick Whitehorn's client was unanimously acquitted of dwelling house burglary (Crown offering no evidence in handling count after jury failed to agree), Nick successfully represented a man charged with a serious s.18 wounding at Luton. The jury unanimously acquitted his client of an alleged revenge knife attack on his friend who was thought to be having an affair with his wife.
