Naeem Karbhari

Naeem Karbhari represents one of two defendants in an arson insurance scam trial at Burley Crown Court.

The defendant has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit arson following a large fire at a terraced house where he lived with his partner. He has also admitted conspiracy to commit fraud but contests being reckless as to whether life was endangered.
