Karlia Lykourgou represents the grandson of 6th Baronet Adair

Karlia Lykourgou represented the grandson of the 6th Baronet Adair at his sentence at Blackfriars Crown Court. Acting as a litigant in person, the defendant was found guilty of causing over £21,000 worth of damage to his million pound family home during acrimonious divorce proceedings.

Despite concerns regarding his mental health, an 18 month custodial sentence was imposed. This followed a finding that case law for criminal damage of comparative value was inapplicable due to the aggravating features of the offence and the defendant's conduct during trial.
