3 Temple Gardens listed in the 2017 edition of The Legal 500

Chambers is is again listed in the new edition of The Legal 500:

3 Temple Gardens is 'an incredibly reliable criminal set', where 'the strength in depth means there is a solid number of senior counsel and a very able next wave of juniors'. The set 'will always try to find counsel for clients, which is indicative of the superb clerking team led by Gary Brown'. 'Brown is well known and respected in the industry, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience' 'one of the best clerks in London'. The 'incredibly helpful and friendly' individuals in his team are 'cut from the same cloth' as him, and one solicitor says, 'I am yet to be let down by any of them'.

In 2015, The Legal 500 says of chambers:

3 Temple Gardens is ‘the specialist criminal set to turn to for quality representation and service', with ‘extremely competent counsel at all levels and wide-ranging expertise'. The set has expanded in recent times with numerous lateral hires, 13 of whom joined from 1 Gray's Inn Square in January 2015. The clerks provide ‘an unrivalled level of service and support', with senior clerk Gary Brown hailed as ‘the driving force behind chambers' rise in London. Brown has ‘an outstanding track record of satisfying client needs and identifying the right barrister for the case'. Moreover, ‘his leadership skills, especially in these turbulent times for the criminal Bar, are second to none'‘he is every bit the modern-day clerk for the modern-day Bar'. Former senior clerk Kevin Aldridge is chambers' business manager.
