Michael Stradling, instructed by Kye Rowland of Newgate Solicitors, successfully represented a female professional boxer and potential future world champion accused of class A and B drug dealing conspiracies. The case was based on encrochat data.
This acquittal is the fourth encrochat acquittal for Mr Stradling. The case involved difficult issues of reliability of the encrochat data and also issues relevant to non-collocation of handsets.
