Dr. K. faced a Five  counts of Rape and One of sexual Assault, Witness Intimidation and coercive behaviour. The charges arose from alleged conduct during the defendant’s marriage. He was found Not Guilty by a jury at Liverpool Crown Court of all charges save the coercive behaviour. The defendant and his family expressed thanks to Jeremy Wainwright KC for the sympathetic and expert way in which he handled the case.
