After a terror trial lasting 6 weeks, and a jury in deliberation for just shy of 50 hours, Adam Davis QC and Tim Forte have secured the acquittal of their defendant in Operation Harplike, at the Central Criminal Court. The allegations centred on the proscription, in the UK, of the first far-right extremist organisation since the Second World War.

Adam and Tim were instructed by Tim Walker at Sonn McMillan Walker.
