Joseph joins chambers as a pupil from an elite US law firm, where he practiced as a solicitor in Antitrust Litigation. Joseph acted on teams representing major multinationals in their defence of large scale private and class actions in the High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal, and Court of Appeal.
Alongside this, Joseph maintained a busy pro-bono practice, representing refugees and family reunification applicants in their applications, and appeals to the First Tier Immigration Tribunal.
