Beverley Da Costa secures a Conditional Discharge for a client charged with his second offence of possession of a bladed article.

The client was subject to the minimum mandatory term of 6months custody as a second striker but after successfully arguing it would be unjust to impose the minimum mandatory term, a conditional discharge was imposed.
