Brian Stork secures acquittals in successive Hampshire drug conspiracy trials

Following a trial which lasted nearly eight weeks at Winchester Crown Court, Brian Stork has secured the acquittal of his client.

At the end of a trial lasting a fraction under eight weeks Brian Stork has secured the acquittal of his client, H, who with five others was accused of conspiring to supply cocaine "on an industrial scale. "The convicted defendants will be sentenced next month.

This trial (in Winchester) followed hard on the heels of another, similar case in Southampton. In that case his client M was charged with four others in a like conspiracy. He too was acquitted.
