Chambers to the fore in Old Bailey acquittals

Members of 3TG represented three of four defendants acquitted of conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to possess firearms with intent to endanger life following an eight-week trial at the Central Criminal Court, which concluded this month.

The three men – represented by John Femi-Ola QC leading Olajide Lanlehin (Great James Street), Adam Davis QC leading James Wing and Peter Rouch QC leading Simon Shannon – were accused with others of planning and carrying out a stabbing and double shooting in east London in the early hours of 28th September 2019.

The shootings were featured on the BBC's Ambulance, broadcast on 20th October 2020.
