Charles Durrant secures acquittal on all counts of rape on behalf of a paratrooper. The case was conducted over 5 days at Chichester CC. The case was complicated by contemporaneous disclosures and the existence of 28 pages of text messages from the defendant, arguably apologising for his behaviour in the aftermath. 

He was closely assisted by Stuart Lloyd of JDSpicer throughout.
