Charles Durrant, assisted by Danielle Horton of Wheldon Law, has been successful in securing a suspended sentence for causing death by careless driving for a man who drove the wrong way up the A505 causing the death of one and the serious injury of another. The sentence followed his acquittal after trial for causing that death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury of another by dangerous driving.
