Charles Durrant successfully resists Football Banning Order in case involving 7 Defendants tied up in large scale pre and post match public disorder at an early FA cup round between Aldershot Town FC and Portsmouth FC.

Charles' client was said to be the prodigy of the head of Aldershot's Risk Supporters known as 'A Company' and was the only Defendant after lengthy written and oral argument to avoid both an immediate custodial sentence and a Football Banning Order.
