Charlie Durrant leading Puneet Grewal, instructed by Ben Darabi of Carson Kaye Solicitors successfully represented the only Defendant acquitted of the 8-handed conspiracy to possess firearms with intent to endanger lives. Kingston Crown Court heard evidence in relation to a gang-rivalry involving tit-for-tat murders and famous rappers Freddo and Digga D, in which it was alleged their client was involved. He was unanimously acquitted by the jury after a 2 month trial.
