Clare Dowse commences historic sex abuse trial

Clare Dowse is currently conducting the defence for a female Defendant in a historic child sex abuse trial which is taking place at Plymouth Crown Court. Operation Recover is concerned with allegations of the abuse of three siblings by partners of their mother in the 1970s and 1980s. The case has been widely reported in the media:
