Tim Forte, Simon Connolly and Simon Smith successful in huge drug conspiracy case following legal submissions and disclosure arguments at Wood Green Crown Court

After almost three weeks of ongoing legal submissions and disclosure arguments, at Wood Green Crown Court, the Crown were compelled to offer no evidence on all counts relating to Operation Ontake (substantial cocaine supply conspiracies), securing the acquittals of all defendants.
