Francesca Hallett, instructed by Alice Margrave at Wheldon Law, secured the acquittal of a defendant after a four day trial at Northampton Crown Court. The defendant was charged with ABH after an alleged prolonged and violent assault on his ex partner. He was also accused of breaching his Non Molestation Order against the same complainant only a few weeks later. The defendant was acquitted on both counts.
