Gordon Ross secures acquittal in ‘people trafficking’ case

Gordon Ross represented a male van driver charged with facilitating the entry of 10 illegal immigrants concealed in a hidden space within the back of the van he was driving, was acquitted following his trial at Canterbury CC.

The male had denied knowledge of the presence of the immigrants and alleged that he had been duped by an organised criminal gang of people traffickers to drive the van into the UK.

Gordon was instructed by Dunbar Solicitors of Ashford, Kent.
