Gordon Ross represented a male charged with breach of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order when he exposed himself to a young female by removing his jogging bottoms and exposing his backside and then defecating. He was acquitted following his trial when the judge ruled there was no evidence the male was naked within the terms of the Order.
