Jeremy Wainwright has secured the acquittal of his client of being one of the ringleaders of an alleged £9 million fraud, based on cold-calling.
After a trial at Norwich Crown Court, which lasted 9 weeks, the jury found the defendant Not Guilty of both counts of conspiracy to defraud. The defendant was released with an order for his costs to be paid.
