Jodie Hitchcock, instructed by Natalie Miller of Abbey Solicitors, represented a defendant acquitted unanimously at trial of two counts of conspiring to convert starter pistols into live firearms and their onward sale. The defendant was charged alongside 6 others as part of Operation Analogue.

Following a trial that lasted 2 weeks at Manchester Minshull Street,  Jodie’s client was the only one to be acquitted of both counts; all other defendants having pleaded guilty or been convicted after trial.
