John Femi Ola KC leading Jonathan Rosen and Jeremy Wainright KC leading Adrienne Knight have begun the trial of two funeral directors at Portsmouth Crown Court. Their clients are accused of preventing the lawful burial of a body, statutory public nuisance, fraud and forgery arising out of the discovery of two decomposing bodies at the business premises in December 2023.
