John Femi-Ola QC represents JC, the son of a beigel bakery shop tycoon, accused of the double murder of his mother and sister in August last year.

Following legal submissions, the Recorder of London acceded to the defence submissions and ruled that the defendant was unfit to plead . The trial of the facts are now being heard by a jury.
