After a six day trial at St. Albans Crown Court Jonathan Rosen secured the acquittal of his lay client on all 11 counts of sexual abuse alleged to have been committed against four sisters, the defendant’s step-daughters at the time, over twenty years previously.
The case included allegations of digital penetration, sexual assaults and inciting children to commit acts of gross indecency.
