Following a four day trial at Winchester Crown Court Jonathan Rosen has secured the acquittal of a 31 year old man who had been accused of raping a sleeping drunk student at a party. Although the complainant woke up screaming she told friends that the defendant had tried to undo her jeans. It was not until nearly four years later that she first alleged he had raped her.
