Justin Hugheston-Roberts secures the acquittal at Court Martial of a young serviceman accused of indecency


Justin Hugheston-Roberts has defended a 20 year old RAF Airman was accused of sexual assault against another whilst on a night out and again on the same individual when back at the RAF station where he was based.

The case took over a year to come to trial but a five person RAF Board of Officers sitting at Catterick Garrison in Yorkshire took a less than two hours to find him not guilty of all allegations.

The serviceman, who is not named, immediately returned to duty.
