Karina Arden represented TH aged 29 at Isleworth Crown Court . Then a trainee Solicitor at Evershed Sutherlands he was accused of rape and two counts of sexual assault by penetration ( digital and by tongue) on one girl and two sexual assaults on another girl at a party for young professionals in Fulham four years ago. It was said both girls were asleep at the time of the assaults. After a two week trial Jury failed to agree on the rape but convicted on the rest. Sentenced to 8 years
