Matthew Keliris-Thomas appeared today in the Court of Appeal, instructed by Sundeep Pankhania of HP Gower Solicitors on an appeal against conviction with leave of the Single Judge.
The appeal related to whether intention to supply for an offence of s.5(3) Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 should be left to the jury on a trial of the act charged under s.4A Criminal Procedure (Insanity) Act 1964.
