Michael Stradlling, instructed by Brian Swan of Stokoe Partnership, successfully represented a defendant at the Woolwich Crown Court in a multi-kilo cocaine supply conspiracy where the evidence against him was entirely Encrochat material.
The issues in the trial related to a number of matters of attribution with reference to the Encrochat messages. After 6 days of trial the jury returned a unanimous not guilty verdict and the defendant was released.’
