Michael Stradling successfully defended an application for summary judgment brought by the Financial Conduct Authority against a businessman facing proceedings for various regulatory breaches.

The application was heard in the Chancery Division and was dismissed. The client was awarded his full costs.

Michael was instructed on a direct access basis.
