Following a trial at Reading Crown Court, Michael Stradling’s client was acquitted of all counts on an indictment alleging very serious sexual offending. Mr Stradling’s client was a successful businessman who was accused of attempted rape and related serious sexual offences. The client was clear that he had not done what had been said of him but had no idea why the complaints were being made against him. The jury found Mr Stradling’s client not guilty after 5 hours of deliberation.
