JD stood trial for Murder on a Joint Enterprise basis at Chelmsford Crown Court. He had accepted chasing the deceased and being present when he was killed by stabbing. The jury convicted him of manslaughter and acquitted him of the Murder charge. The first defendant was convicted of Murder and another man was found Guilty of manslaughter.
