Naeem secured unanimous not guilty verdicts on counts of attempted murder, section 18GBH and associated firearm offences following a shooting in Coldharbour Lane, Brixton on 14/01/2024. The police operation Hobgut led by the Trident Team was an investigation into a shooting where 10 shots were fired following a brawl at a party which spilled out into the street and an innocent bystander was injured. Naeem’s client was the only defendant to be found not guilty of all counts.
