Neena Crinnion secures 4 years and 5 months sentence for a man charged with attempted murder

Neena Crinnion , instructed by Rose Nelson at Sperrin Law, secures 4 years and 5 months sentence for a man charged with attempted murder – a revenge offence after D had been robbed. D armed himself with two knives and ‘hunted’ for the victim. Having knocked down the victim with his car, D gave chase on foot into a convenience store where D  attacked the victim with two knives.  The entire series of incidents was captured on CCTV.  After multiple  legal arguments, including mounting an abuse of process, the Defendant was sentenced to 4 years 5 months
