Dora Belford and Simon Smith co-defend and successfully oppose a witness anonymity application

Dora Belford and Simon Smith have co-defended in a case at Wood Green Crown Court where their respective clients were charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and grevious bodily harm. The stabbing and shooting incident had involved a group of men in the Tottenham area.

On Friday 13th counsel successfully opposed a witness anonimity order which led to the Crown offering no evidence aginst the defendants.
