Saul Herman secures acquittal in GBH and dangerous driving case

Saul Herman has secured the acquittal of a defendant charged with two counts of attempting to inflict grievous bodily harm and one count of dangerous driving. The defendant accepted driving his car directly at two men, but gave evidence he had done so to scare them and that the admitted dangerous driving was necessary because of the threat the two men posed. Acquittal on all charges after a three day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court.

Saul was instructed by Achom & Partners.
