Flavia Kenyon was successful in raising abuse of process in a case of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs


The abuse argument was based on the principle akin to autrefois, namely no man should be punished twice for an offence arising out of the same or substantially the same set of facts, R-v-Dwyer [2012] 2 Archbold Review 1,CA applied. Case was heard at Woolwich Crown Court.
