Jeremy Wainwright and Charles Durrant successful in Operation Dougal

Jeremy Wainwright and Charles Durrant have secured the acquittal of their client on all charges in the trial of AB & Others, part of Operation Dougal. Operation Dougal is an investigation into multi-million pound frauds involving third-party websites.

The case lasted two-months at Teesside Crown Court.
