Tom Cockroft successfully resists a renewed attempt to appeal against extradition before the Divisional Court

David Josse QC and Ben Keith had sought to persuade the Divisional Court (Bean LJ and Farbey J) that the RP's circumstances had changed in the 4 years she had spent at large following her unsuccessful appeal & order for removal in 2014.

Tom Cockroft was instructed to appear as sole Counsel for the Respondent judicial authority.
