Clare Dowse's client, whom the Prosecution suggested was one of the South West's major 'county lines' drug dealers, has been acquitted of a violent aggravated burglary following a six-day trial at Bristol Crown Court.
The trial heard that the allegation arose from the alleged non-payment of a drugs debt, and was part of a turf war among dealers in Western-super-Mare. The jury returned unanimous verdicts of not guilty on Clare's client and two co-Defendants after deliberating for under an hour.
Clare was instructed by Anthony Branley and Zoe Hosking of Galbraith Branley, North Finchley.
