Saul Herman trains Kenyan lawyers

Saul Herman

Saul travelled to Nairobi, Kenya, as part of a delegation arranged by the Inns of Court College of Advocacy, guests of the Law Society of Kenya and the Kenya School of Law.

Saul lectured on the conduct of cross examination and provided practical training in the Hampel method of advocacy teaching, conducting reviews of witness handling and submission advocacy so as to prepare the Kenyan advocates to teach their own colleagues and students.

The trip was funded by Rule of Law Experts UK, part of A4ID

The ICCA group was led by Peter Clark (187 Fleet Street), with John Ryder Q.C. (6KBW College Hill), Christopher Russell (2 Temple Gardens), Louise McCullough (Charter Chambers) and Jennie Oborne (9 Gough Square) also attending.
