Tim Forte instructed in Operation Blush

Tim Forte

Tim Forte has been instructed in Operation Blush a multi-trial conspiracy to possess, transfer and use firearms and ammunition, as well as to distribute multi-commodity Class A and B drugs. The charges include possession or use, in multiple shootings, of two Uzi submachine guns, two Beretta 9mm pistols, a Baikal pistol, a Browning 12 gauge shotgun and a Beretta sawn-off shotgun. One of the Beretta pistols is said to be the "most used firearm in Britain". Together with all of those firearms was an Aladdin's cave of various calibres of ammunition – 9mm Parabellum, Winchester, NATO rounds and shotgun cartridges to name but a few.

The second trial to commence in Liverpool Crown Court in the summer.
