Following the acquittal of his defendat in Operation Testmatch, Tim Forte represented him at City of Westminster Magistrates Court in civil POCA forfeiture proceedings. Tim successfully argued for a stay of the proceedings as an abuse of process of the court – relying on both UK and ECHR Jurisprudence. In granting the stay, the District Judge praised Tim's succinct and helpful written and oral submissions.
