Gordon Ross and Richard Reynolds represent the former CEO of one of the countries largest hospices in a conspiracy to commit fraud.

The allegation being that the CEO and a number of the senior leadership team of the hospice conspired to misapply over a million pounds from various government capital grants to other parts of the Hospice trust. The trial is ongoing at Bristol Crown Court.
