Saul Herman trains members of the Office of The Prosecutor, International Criminal Court

Saul Herman

Saul Herman travelled to the International Criminal Court, the Hauge, as part of a delegation arranged by Inns of Court College of Advocacy, guests of Ben Gumpert Q.C. and the Office of The Prosecutor to assist in training members of the Office.

Saul conducted reviews of witness handling and submission advocacy using geo-location evidence (i.e. the examination of social media, videos and map analysis to identify the location of potential criminal activity). Expert witnesses assisted with the training in this novel and complex area of evidence.

The ICCA group was led by Sarah Whitehouse Q.C. (6 KBW), with Ali Bajwa Q.C. (Garden Court), Michelle Heeley Q.C. (No. 5), Gelaga King (2 Bedford Row), Robin Sellers (2 KBW), Faisel Sadiq (Ely Place) and Minka Braun (Garden Court) also attending.
